Privacy
This notice describes how the minimum data received through the initial-enquiry form is processed.
Purpose and basis
Data is processed on the basis of consent to respond, qualify the enquiry, identify the appropriate platform journey and protect the form from automated abuse. It is not used for marketing without separate consent.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries remain in private server storage until the response and qualification are complete, but no longer than 90 calendar days from receipt. If the purpose is completed earlier, the data is deleted or anonymised. Moving into negotiations or a contract requires a separate purpose, legal basis and retention period.
Your rights
Do not submit documents, financial details, passwords or other sensitive data. Use the operator contact and enquiry reference to request access, correction, cessation of processing or deletion.
